From Main Street to
the Mountain West

In 1922, Charlie Broulim opened his first store on Main Street in Rigby, Idaho. Since then, Broulim’s Fresh Foods has built a strong reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality products. Over the past 100 years, the business has grown and expanded into new locations across Southeast Idaho and Western Wyoming.

Today, Broulim’s has 12 stores in cities like Rigby, Rexburg, Montpelier, Driggs, St. Anthony, Soda Springs, Shelley, Afton, Alpine, Ammon, Thayne, and Malad City. With more than 800 skilled workers, Broulim’s is committed to offering great value, service, and product selection to every customer.

Charlie Broulim opened his first grocery store on Rigby's Main Street in 1922, laying the foundation for a century of guest service.

Following a fire, the Rigby store was not only rebuilt but also enlarged to accommodate growing customer needs.

After studying in Chicago, Dick Broulim returned to Rigby and acquired the family grocery business from his father.
